Inner World: Shikei's inner world is different from others in the fact that there is nothing. All that is present within this realm is the color black and white. Those who are present show up in the color of white, while the background of the entire world is black. There is no visible sky or ground. Though Shikei has the ability to change this world into anything that he pleases, he feels that a place such as this explains him perfectly.

Personality: Shikei is pure evil. He revels in death and destruction and soon hopes that Tatsuya will be a pawn in his endeavors.

Habits: Shikei's favorite pastime is killing and that's about it.

Soul Connection: Shikei's personality reflects Tatsuya in a number of ways. Shikei is basically the darkness of Tatsuya's soul that he has imprisoned by renouncing his old ways. While living in Rukongai, Tatsuya was a part of numerous deeds that would be deemed "horrible", and these deeds and his way of living soon began to spawn something within him. This darkness that was being formed during all this time soon gave birth to the spirit, Shikei. The more evil he committed the stronger Shikei became and soon enough he was subconsciously influencing Tatsuya into committing even more of these deeds. The day this all came to an end is when the Shinigami finally decided to step in and stop Tatsuya and his gang from committing all these atrocious actions. After losing the fight, Tatsuya agreed to join the shinigami and soon renounced his old way of living, hoping to have a fresh start. Shikei has grown to resent both the Tatsuya for becoming a shell of what Shikei deemed as "greatness" and the shinigami for bringing this change about. It is Shikei's goal to turn Tatsuya back into what he used to be, a murderer, and to bring about the downfall of the shinigami who impeded on his plans.

release phrase: Let your judgment be swift, Shikei!

Appearance: When in shikai the katana that is seen during Shikei's sealed state turns into the form of a Tanto. This is an important change because the Tanto is also the same weapon used traditionally to perform the ritual of Seppuku.

Ability: Tatsuya is able to open up dimensional rifts that are connected to his internal spiritual realm, where Shikei lies. In doing this Shikei is able to attack opponents and Tatsuya is able to use his power in this way. Since Shikei is "imprisoned" the only times he is able to attack Tatsuya's opponents is when Tatsuya's opens up the portal's, which are literally windows for Shikei. Because these attacks are coming from Tatsuya's inner dimension they only last for a limited time in the outside world, because they are from two separate realities. Since Shikei is still trapped within this inner realm, the place that he controls, he is able to conjure up attacks and send them through the portals to the opponents on the outside.

Weakness: Logically, a weakness for this type of dimensional attack would be another type of dimensional attack. Possibly another dimensional user would be able to close any portals that I would be able to conjure, and vice versa. And I'll also say that Shikei's weakness is light, being that he is an evil being, but im not sure if that is the "light" you were referring to and not actual light.

Attacks:

Guillotine Boomerang - By opening a portal to Shikei's realm, Shikei will toss his hefty scythe ripping through the portal. It will fly towards the opponent in a way reminiscent to a boomerang and attempt to cleave the enemy in half before returning to Shikei through the portal.

Marauding Slash - Shikei extends his blade through the portal and violently slashes at the opponent.

Hatred's Grasp - Extending his hand through the portal, Shikei attempts to grab the opponent within his hand and squeeze the life out of them.

Darkness Falls - Condensing his energy, Shikei shoots off a blast of dark energy at the enemy.

Dimensional Travel - Tatsuya can use these portals as a means of transportation, his inner world being the "bus stop" for instance, Shikei can control where the next portal would open up at, Then Tatsuya would be able to travel through that portal to where he wanted to go. Because inter dimensional travel is taxing on the body, he would not be able to use this technique during battle, but should he ever need a mode of transportation or should fleeing have to be an option it would be available.

Release Phrase: Their deaths are inevitable....Banshi! (Certain Death)

*Character Change: During bankai, Tatsuya physically fuses with Shikei in order to create what is pictured above. Also, the souls of those they have killed come and fuse with them as well, causing their power to increase even further.

Ability: When Bankai is activated a dome, similar to what was seen when Tousen activated his bankai will appear. This dome is actually a gateway to Shikei's world, in which the opponent(s) will be trapped. While in this world Shikei is able to fight with his full strength, since now Tatsuya and he are one and the same again. While in here the opponent is at the mercy of this ever changing world while fighting Shikei. Shikei often tries to change the world to a place that will mentally destabilize the opponent or distract them.

Weakness: While Tatsuya is in this form he is completely unconscious, and Shikei is in full control of this body. While the opponent is fighting this form they be able to hurt Shikei if they land a hit on him, but rather it will be affecting Tatsuya. Every attack that is landed on Shikei is actually landed on Tatsuya. In this form Shikei is a voodoo doll of sorts for Tatsuya. Another dangerous side affect for Tatsuya as he goes into this fused form with Shikei is that Shikei's thoughts and personality will slowly seep more into Tatsuya's soul. This will affect him even after he has finished using bankai. If he uses this form too much over time Shikei may finally be able to take over Tatsuya. Also, I'll put "light" down as a weakness as well, since im still not sure about it.

Attacks:

Guillotine Boomerang - Same as the one above, but the power and speed of the attack have been increased.

Marauding Slash - same as the one above also, but the power and speed of this attack have also been increased.

Darkness Falls 2.0 - Opening his mouth, Shikei fires off a blast of condensed darkness.

Insanity - Shikei furiously lets off a combo of slashes and stabs with both his Scythe and blade.

Tendrils of Despair - Tendrils of Darkness shoot off from Shikei's body, attempting to impale or entangle the opponent.

Just to be perfectly clear, this is in no way an illusion is it? The changes are actually physical in which you must also abide by the changes too right?

Also your images don't work (save for your sealed state). I suggest finding them again, saving them to your computer, then uploading them, instead of directly uploading them from photobucket.

Also can you please add cool downs to the reiatsu based attacks such as "Darkness Falls"

Yea, the changes to Shikei's world would be physical so Shikei would have to abide by the changes as well. Mostly with this technique it relies on Tatsuya having previously known something about the individual's past or fears in order for Shikei to even know that this would rattle him or her.
